İşlemimiz için çalışan tek kapalı bayanın bankosuna geçtik. bize fotoğraf aslı olmadan vekaletname örneği çıkartabileceğini ancak tapunun kabul etmediğini ücretin yaklaşık 400 tl olduğunu söyledi.bizlerde tapu ile görüşmek üzere oradan ayrıldık.tapu ile görüşüp fotoğraf aslı olmadan işlem yapılabileceği bilgisini aldık ve saat 16.20 de notere geri döndük.saat 17.00 e kadar işlemleri halletmemiz gerekiyordu. gittiğmizde noterdeki tüm çalışanlar kendi hallerinde kahkaha ile gülüşüyorlar yüzümüze bile bakmıyorlardı.zorla araya girip işlem yaptrmak istedğmizi,mesai saatinin bitmesne çok az kaldığını ilettim aynı kapalı bayana.kendisi bana az önce ben sizi bekledim şimdi siz beni beklemek zorundasınız şeklinde cevap verdi.beklemek zorunda olduğum şey onların kendi aralarında kahkahalarının bitmesiydi.araya oradaki beyefendi girdi şişt şişt susun şeklinde müdahale etti son derece çirkin bi tavır sergilemişti.muhtemelen orada çalışan müdürdü.keşke çalışanların mesai saatleri içerisinde bu şekilde gülüşmeleri ve konuşmalarının yanlış olduğunu söylese onları uyarsaydı tam tersine bize susun diyordu.neyse daha sonra mecburen işlemi bekledik,kapalı bayan vekaletnameyi çıkarttı içeri gitti sanki noter değil çalıştığı yer bi mağaza gibi tavurları vardı.meseleyi kişiselleştirmişti.bu kez de müdür olduğunu tahmin ettim beyefendi fotoğraf aslı olmadan vekaletname örneğini veremeyeceğini söyledi.daha 1 saat önce geldiğmizi bayanın bize verebileceğini ancak tapu kabul etmez dedğni gidip tapu ile görüştüğümizü kabul edeceğini tek tek tekrar tekrar anlattık ancak kendisi,bayan arkadaş yanlış bilgi vermiş veremem şeklinde cevap verdi. Sonuç olarak çalışanların bilgisiz ve ilgisizliği yüzünden o gün işimizi halledemedik.daha sonra Sincan 3.noterine gittiğimzde işlemimiz son derece güleryüzlü çalışanlar ile fotoğraf aslı olmadan ve bunun bu şekilde artık tapunun kabul edebileceği bilgisini kendileri tarafından tarafımıza bilgi verilerek hızlı bi şekilde 200 tl tutar ile çözüldü. Başka bir notere gittiği zaman kalite ve çalışan farkını çok açık bi şekilde görmüş olduk. Keşke buraya noter açılmasaydı en azından yakınımızda noter var düşüncesi ile gidip vaktimiz kaybolmazdı.
