★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment building has a good quality. Its indoor units are better compared with similar apartment buildings. Doors, windows, wallpapers, kitchen equipments and floor materials are far most better than the other apartment buildings.
In particular, 5+1 flats have nearly the biggest squameters in that area. It looks very profitable in near future.
However, its surroundings are a bit weak at the moment. It needs several years to settle down completely. If you want to calm place to live, it offers this opportunity at the moment.
But some new apartment building and housrd projects are still being constructed.
Strongly recommended to visit, especially 5+1s..
