We participated in a tour with Anka Tur for the first time. Our New Year's special eastern express tour was great, we entered the new year on the eastern express, we were very satisfied. We thank our guide Ms. Çiğdem, although she was not in the program, we were guests in a village house, thanks to Ms. Çiğdem. We tasted tandoori bread, we rode horses, we visited all the places that can be seen. We were also satisfied with the Kars Park Hotel, where we stayed for two nights in Kars, the evening set menu was delicious, the rooms and bathroom were clean. For everything, both Anka Tura and our guide Çiğdem Thank you lady.

We attended for the orange blossom festival. They delivered what they promised. The tour acted in accordance with the schedule and took us to the festival and helped us have a good time.

We went to ANKA TUR'S Balgat office in June 2021 and made a hotel reservation for July 2021. We were very pleased with the hotel they recommended to us. We would like to thank the staff and hotel staff who recommended this hotel to us from Anka Tur. Anka Tur will be our choice for our holiday reservations from now on.

I joined the Kars tour with the eastern express between 16 - 20 March 2022. Generally a relevant team. Whenever we had a problem, Ms. Ebru tried to help us with a solution-oriented person. Our guide Eren Bey, with his historical knowledge, allowed us to look at the structures we visited in a different way. Thanks to the experience of our driver, Yaşar Bey, difficult roads have become easy. Thank you to each and every one of them. The touristic Eastern express is a somewhat unfamiliar environment, some adapt and some cannot. It's a fun environment if you get used to it. Pillows are provided. The sheets were clean. You won't be able to take much food with you. The food in the dining car was pretty good. Do not buy an electric kettle, it blows fuses on the train. You can get hot water from the dining car. Toilet cleaning requires some hygiene. Train temperature is fine. You can have a better journey if you get off in Erzurum instead of going all the way to the snow. (ours was extended by 5 hours). If the hotel in Erzurum is improved a bit, it could be better. Kars park hotel was fine. Buffet in the morning, set menu in the evening. We had no problems with food. If you are going in winter conditions, you should prepare well. (underwear is important ?) In general, it was a tour that we were satisfied with. Thank you Anka Tur☺️

My wife and I participated in the Adana Orange Blossom Festival tour with accommodation on 25-27 March 2022. When we went to the hotel for accommodation, we saw that there was no room reserved for us, our names were on the bus list, but they were not reported to the hotel. The hotel staff informed that the hotel was completely full. We waited for 1 hour in the hotel lobby, our guide met with a gentleman named Sedat, the owner of the company, but there was no solution-oriented response. We were very tired and our nerves were tense. Due to this incident, our guide Ms. Ece and Ms. Selma, the Tour Manager, had to give us their own room. Our problem was solved in this way, but when the hotel was full, the conditions might not be available to solve the problem. It is a great irresponsibility that a hotel reservation was not made for a tour with accommodation. There were other bad things on the tour, but I won't tell them because the lack of a hotel reservation is a big problem in itself. As a result, I do not want anyone to be victimized in a tour that we pay for and buy services, and I recommend those who will make a tour to evaluate other tour companies.

It was a tour that I can't even describe in words. And it was my first tour. I would like to thank our guide Mr. Eren, our driver Mr. Yaşar and the tour officials who took care of us until the last moment and provided all kinds of transfers. Also, I don't know how we got so many beautiful people together on a tour, but everyone was so harmonious, understanding and nice. It feels like I can't explain my satisfaction even if I write lines. My next choices will definitely be Phoenix Tour.
