★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 kere gittim ucunde de tek personel vardi. O tek personel hem postaya hem kargoya hem tahsilata vs hepsine yetismeye calisiyor. Kuyruklarda bekliyorsunuz dogal olarak. Her seferinde umutla gittim ama biraz beklefikten sonra baska subeye gittim.
I went 3 times, there was only one staff at the end. Those single personnel are trying to keep up with all of the mail, cargo, collection etc. You are waiting in the queues naturally. I went with hope every time, but after a little wait I went to another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pandemi dolayısıyla hizmet vermeyi kesen PTT şubesi. Anka Modern PTT’den rahat hizmet alıyorduk. Fakat Pandemi dönemi başladıktan sonra, çalışma günleri azaltıldı, haftada birkaç gün hizmet veriyordu. Sonra tamamen hizmet vermedi. Umarım tekrar eskisi gibi hizmete açılır.
PTT branch that stopped providing service due to the pandemic. We were getting comfortable service from Anka Modern PTT. But after the pandemic period began, the working days were reduced, serving a few days a week. Then it did not serve completely. I hope it is put into service again as before.

*Adres hatalı olması nedeniyle kargonuzu teslim edemedik.
Müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda adresim hatalı olmadığı söyleniyor. Hemen peşine bir mesaj daha geliyor.
*Adresinizde bulunamadığınızdan dolayı kargonuz teslim edilememiştir. Yaşamkent şubesinden alabilirsiniz.
Adresime gelinmeden direk Yaşamkent şubesine teslim edilmiş kargo.
Ne deyim, kasıt varsa eğer Allah belanızı versin Ptt Kargo....
Message from Ptt cargo...
*We could not deliver your cargo due to an incorrect address.
When I call customer service it is said that my address is not wrong. Another message follows immediately.
*Your parcel could not be delivered because you could not find your address. You can get it from Yaşamkent branch.
Cargo delivered directly to Yaşamkent branch without reaching my address.
What can I say, if there is an intention, God damn you Ptt Cargo....
