Izmitin, the busiest street but neglected university should move from here, very neglected.

In very bad condition. It does not suit Izmit and the university at all. It is in a central place but it is deplorable. Pity!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üniversite nin konuk evi. Bir çok otele göre fena değil. Banyo da askılık yok. Asansör arızalı idi son gün yapıldı. Kahvaltı yok. TV ler halen eski tip 37 ekran tüplü
University's guest house. Not bad for many hotels. No hangers in the bathroom. The elevator was defective and was held on the last day. No breakfast. TVs are still old type 37 screen tube

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belongs to university. One should go there just to sleep-and-leave. Facilities are worn out and there is no staff after 10pm. No breakfast or any meal is available. Location is very convenient and has many restaurants at back street.
