Ölçü almaya gelinmesi için önden bir miktar para almaları gerekiyormuş, çünkü montajcılar çok özel teknik kişilermiş sipariş versek de vermesek de montajcıya para ödeyeceklermiş. Sanayinin başkenti Kocaeli’de standart çalıştığın, yaptığı iş başına pay verdiğin montaj ekibin bile yoksa nasıl iş yapıyorsun sen. bir de kendilerini çok bulunmaz müşterinin muhtaç olduğu ve lütfederek iş yapacakları bir kurum olarak görmeleri de cabası. Allah hayırlı iş versin ancak böyle müşteri ilişkileri ve çalışma sistemi olmaz.
their work is beautiful, there is nothing to say about their art. but such an absurd working system cannot exist. They had to get some money up front to come to take measurements, because the installers were very special technical people and they would pay the installer whether we ordered or not. How do you do business in Kocaeli, the capital of industry, if you don't even have an assembly team where you work standardly and give your share per job? Not to mention that they see themselves as an institution that is in need of rare customers and that they will do business with grace. May God give you a good job, but there is no such customer relations and working system.
