★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Из недостатков - плохая шумоизоляция, слышно соседей. Когда погода ветренная, из под двери завывает. Отдаленность от ул Барбарос компенсируется обалденнейшим видом на древние руины и банановые сады, от которого невозможно оторваться!
