I recommend you to try the place that makes the most delicious pide and derivatives in Bolu, they have oily and cheese breads. They also make chicken in salt very well. It is useful to remind you that you cannot sit here and eat. You take away or prepare and take the filling yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esnaf gibi esnaf ekmeğin pidenin en sicağı en tazesi var lahmacun ,pide,katmer,lavaş vb. yapıyorlar iç malzeme verirsen pişiriyorlar.kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Tradesmen like tradesmen have the warmest of pita bread, lahmacun, pita, katmer, lavash and so on. They cook it if you give them stuffing. I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaşımın tavsiyesiyle fırında et pişirtmek için öncesinde telefonla aradım. Eti görmeden fiyat veremem dediler. Oraya kadar getirdikten sonra apar topar fırına gönderdiği esnada fiyatı sorduğumda 50 TL dedi. Normal tencereyi ne kadar pişiriyor diye merak edip sordum 10 TL dedi. Normal bir orta boy tepsiye sığacak yemeği 3 saatte pişirmek için 50 tl çok değil mi diye sorduğumda kendisi bile bir şey diyemedi. Ayrıca doğalgaz fırınıymış. Bir dahaki sefere gerçek ve aldatmayan bir odun fırını bulmam gerekecek.
At the recommendation of my friend, I called beforehand to have the meat cooked in the oven. They said I can't give a price without seeing the meat. He said 50 TL when I asked the price when he sent it to the oven after he brought it all the way there. I was wondering how long it cooks a normal pot and asked him, he said 10 TL. When I asked if 50 TL was too much to cook a meal that would fit in a normal medium-sized tray in 3 hours, even he could not say anything. It was also a gas oven. Next time I'll have to find a real and non-deceiving wood oven.
