Dışarıdan çok kurumsal ve sıcakkanlı gözüken bir kurum olmasına karşın bütün gerçekler yüzünüze kayıt olduktan sonra çarpıyor. Öğrencileriyken karşılaştığım sorunlar ve şu şekilde (deneyimlerimi anlatmak istedim nihai taktir tabi size aittir !) 1) Başvurmama ve 4-5 kez bizzat gidip sormama ve defalarca telefon etmeme rağmen 8 ay sonra dersim başladı. 2) Siz kayıt olmaya giderken her türlü sıcakkanlı hareketler gösteren kurumun çalışanlarından bazıları siz kayıt olduktan sonra size karşı çok laubali. 3) Sorun elbet olur ama sorun çözmede kurum işin içinden en karlı şekilde, kendilerine dönük çıkmaya çalışıyor. Örnek 1) Dönemin ortasında kur devam ederken hocamız işinden ayrılıyor. Yerine gelen hoca ile öğrencilerin her birinin ders saati uymayınca kişi başına ders saatini bölecek şekilde bir çözüm yolu buluyorlar. Şöyle özetleyeyim sınıfın toplam 3 kişi ve 20 ders saati kaldı. Bana 10 saat verip hocayla farklı bir gün ders koyuyorlar. Diğer 2 kişilik gruba 10 saat verip farklı ders saati koyuyorlar. Sebebi çok açık bu iki ayrı gruba ayrı ayrı 20 saat koysalar hocaya 40 saatlik ödeme yapacaklar ve bunu istemiyorlar. Örnek 2) Size kayıt esnasında ballandıra ballandıra anlattıkları LifeTime kursları var. Konuşma, Yazma, Okuma, Dinleme gibi yabancı dil aktivitelerinden ömür boyu faydalanıyorsunuz. Fakat katılmak için gidiyorum çalışanların hepsi farklı bilgi veriyor. Kimisi bugün yok diyor kimi üst katta ders başladı diyor kimisi artık yok diyor. Hocalarımız yabancı dedikleri lifetime etkinliklerine tamamen Türk hocalar katılıyor. Bahaneleride dönem devam ederken hocalar tatile çıkmış. Örnek 3) Yüzlerce kez Almanca A2 kuru istediğimi belirttiğim çalışanlar sistemlerine beni farklı kaydetmiş sorun bu değil ama yüzlerce kezde düzelmelerini söylediğimde düzelltiklerini söylediler. Daha sonra telefon edip kursun ne zaman başlayacağını sorduğumda cevap şöye geliyordu ‘’İngilizce C2 henüz başlamamış’’ yani hala sistemde öyle istediğim gözüküyor ve hali hazırda başlayan Almanca kurslarına sırf bu yüzden katılamıyorum. Örnek 4) Hiçbir şekilde alanında uzman kişiler olarak bahsettikleri hocalara güvenmeyin. Hocaları aşağılama gibi niyetim yok fakat hocalar henüz Kocaeli’de üniversite okuyan yabancı öğrenciler. Yani karşındaki kişinin bu konuda henüz uzman olmadığı belli oluyor. Örnek 5) 7-8 ay açılmayan kuru sınavıma sadece 1 hafta kala “ 3 gün arda arda günde 7 saat verip ve kurunuz bitsin” şeklinde çözüm sunabiliyorlar. Ortalama bir kurun 45 saat olduğunu varsayarsak yarısını size teklif ediyorlar yani size koca bir kuru 3 günde öğretebileceklerini düşünüyorlar. Ayrıca size sağlıklı ve verimli eğitim sunduklarını iddia eden kişiler yine kayıt esnasında yüz yüze samimi olarak konuştuğunuz kişiler oluyor.

Although it is an institution that looks very institutional and friendly from the outside, all the facts strike in your face after you register. The problems I encountered when I was students and as follows (I wanted to tell about my experiences, the ultimate discretion is yours!) 1) Although I did apply and went to ask 4-5 times and telephoned many times, my lesson started 8 months later. 2) Some of the employees of the institution, who show all kinds of friendly actions while you are going to enroll, are very unhappy with you after you register. 3) The problem is of course, but in problem solving, the institution tries to face themselves in the most profitable way. Example 1) While the exchange rate continues in the middle of the term, our teacher quits his job. They find a solution by dividing the course hours per person when the course hours of each student do not comply with the replacement teacher. Let me summarize the class with 3 students and 20 lesson hours left. They give me 10 hours and teach a different day with the teacher. They give 10 hours to the other group of 2 people and add different class hours. The reason is obvious, if they put 20 hours separately for these two groups, they will pay 40 hours to the teacher and they do not want it. Example 2) There are LifeTime courses that they tell you gently during registration. You benefit from foreign language activities such as Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening for a lifetime. But I'm going to attend, all of the employees give different information. Some say it does not exist today, some say the lessons started on the upper floor, some say it is no longer. Turkish teachers attend the lifetime activities that our teachers call foreigners. While the period continued in excuses, the teachers went on vacation. Example 3) Hundreds of times the employees that I asked for the German A2 rate registered me differently on their systems, but that's not the problem, but when I told them to get better, hundreds of times they said they fixed it. When I called later and asked when the course would begin, the answer was "English C2 has not started yet", that is, it seems that I still want it in the system and I cannot attend German courses that have already started. Example 4) In no way do you trust the professors they talk about as experts in their field. I have no intention of humiliating the teachers, but the teachers are foreign students who are studying in Kocaeli yet. So it becomes clear that the other person is not yet an expert on this subject. Example 5) Only 1 week before my dry exam, which does not open for 7-8 months, they can offer a solution as "give 7 hours a day for 3 consecutive days and finish your install". Assuming that an average rate is 45 hours, they offer you half of them, so they think they can teach you in a whole dry 3 days. In addition, people who claim that they provide you with healthy and efficient education are also the people you talk to face-to-face during registration.
