The worst hotel I have ever stayed with my family. It is a place that is preferred because it is economical, but still regrettable. Unfortunately, it is the first thing that comes to mind when remembering a beautiful city like Amasya. The room we stayed in had a staircase right next to the balcony. That's why it was so insecure. Also, some of the balcony railings were missing. It is very dangerous for children. I pushed the siphon in front of the balcony door so that the child would not enter. I conveyed this to the hotel operators, but they did not change rooms or anything. If the business had good intentions, it would not have reserved this room for a family with two children. After wandering around Amasya all evening, we went to the hotel and fell asleep immediately. I don't need to talk about cleaning. We brought our own sheets. We didn't even think of looking for breakfast in the morning. We left the hotel at 7 pm. I've seen others do the same.

A lousy hotel; So, because of this, you have prejudice against Amasya, you don't want to go there, I'm even more sorry that I have to give one star to make a pure comment... Why, because you call and make a reservation, the price given to you is attractive, but when you get there, it is disappointing. We arrived at the hotel at 02:00 at night and when we saw the price and room option opposite to what was given on the phone, staying outside, sleeping in the car next to the hotel offers 5 star comfort, it is so disappointing... I definitely do not recommend... I hope no one is in the same situation I am in... It's a nice hotel, we hesitated looking at the bad reviews, but it's a very clean, well-maintained place, we rented 6 different rooms, we were guests in a crowded way and we left satisfied. Balcony had Minibar TV clean sheets towels shampoos. There is wifi I didn't try, breakfast is ok. I couldn't see air conditioning, the weather was cool, we didn't need it while we were staying, I saw a few items in the bathroom were neglected.

The double rooms were very nice, big and clean. We liked the breakfast as well. Some local varieties can be included in the breakfast.
