It's a very nice place in terms of location, but the apartments are terrible, they couldn't be delivered for 5 years, 2 contractors changed the reason, they went bankrupt. A building that is not completed in any way, those who have financial situation can do it as they wish, but they have to sit as the contractor does, but it's really nice in terms of location.
