Amastris likes Amasra very much and gives the city its name by reconstruction. It forms a union when four cities in the Western Black Sea come together. Amastris is the name of the union formed by these cities and Sesamos is the name of the center of the union. The union grows stronger. Their sons are uncomfortable with their mother's strengthening. Her two sons decide to eliminate the queen. He was strangled to death by his sons in 284 BC. His third ex-wife, Macedonian General Lysimachus, finds out about the incident and plans to avenge the queen mainly for his own political interests. And Amastris' sons are victims of a political murder.
