Преимущество большое (для нас) - прямо возле подьемника но если хотите тусить - то лучше в городе брать гостинницу в городе, питание нормальное - шведский стол можно что то выбрать для себя, ежедневная уборка, но по постели и полотенца не меняют.
Недостатки - приехали в конце сезона обещаная (включена была в стоимость) баня не работает. Ванная комната требует ремонта, холодильник телевизор не работает, на просьбы отремонтировать -ничего не произошло
 On a clear C grade hotel.
The advantage is big (for us) - right next to the lift, but if you want to hang out - it’s better to take a hotel in the city, the food is normal - you can choose something for yourself, daily cleaning, but towels do not change on the bed.
Disadvantages - arrived at the end of the season, the promised (included in the price) bathhouse does not work. The bathroom is in need of repair, the fridge the TV does not work, the request to repair - nothing happened

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17 Şubat 2020 sabah saat 09 da eşimle birlikte otele vardığımızda uygun olduğu için odamıza yerleştik. Üç gün kaldık 20 Şubat 2020 (bugün) sabah erken saatte gelecek yıl tekrar konaklamayı umut ederek ayrıldık. Banyoda koku vardı, muhtemel giderle ilgili ve kendi binamızda da zaman zaman olabilen bir durumdur, kapıyı kapatınca rahatsız olmadık. Bunu yazmasam olurdu ama dürüstçe yazıyorum. Asla eksi puan olarak görülmesin. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve yeterli, akşam yemekleri harika. Puan vermem gerekirse sabah kahvaltısı en az 8 ama akşam yemekleri 10 puandır. Ben seçici bir kişiyim benim için mükemmel pek yoktur 10 puan da zor veririm fakat vermesem haksızlık olurdu. Her gün temizlik yapılıyordu. Ya elektrik süpürgesi çalışıyordu ya da camlar siliniyordu. Tüm personel güler yüzlüydü. Uzun bir yorum oldu. Daha uzatmayayım. Erciyes'e kaymak için gidilecekse bence Hacılar mevkii en uygun yerdir ve tek oteli de Amalia Hotel. Kesin tavsiye ederim.
When we arrived at the hotel with my wife at 09:00 on February 17, 2020, we settled in our room. We stayed three days 20 February 2020 (today) early in the morning, leaving hoping to stay again next year. There was a smell in the bathroom, a possible expense and a situation that can happen in our building from time to time, we did not bother when we closed the door. I wouldn't have written this, but I write honestly. It should never be seen as a negative score. Breakfast is a buffet and sufficient, evening meals are great. If I need to give points, breakfast is at least 8, but dinner is 10 points. I am a picky person, it is not perfect for me, I give 10 points hard but it would be unfair if I did not. Cleaning was done every day. Either the vacuum cleaner was working or the windows were wiped. All staff were friendly. It was a long comment. I will not extend it any longer. If you are going to go to Erciyes, I think Hacılar location is the most suitable place and Amalia Hotel is the only hotel. I recommend it for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hôtel en plein montagne à 1 minute à pied de remonter mécanique et téléphérique.
Le lieu est propre, il y a assez d'espace. La nourriture est trop bon. On a pris un forfait tout inclus (3 repas) mais la quantité n'est pas assez. (Personnels nous servis les plat vu la situation covid. Ils nous mettent jamais assez dans l'assiette. On était 2 adult 2 enfant ils nous donnaient que 2 assiettes vraiment pas remplis)
Personnels et directions sont très sympa et à l'écoute. Ils nous a aidé à trouver un lieu de test covid pour vol.
Parking facile. 20 minutes en voiture de la ville de Keyseri. 9 minutes d'un petit supermarché.
Je conseille quand-même cet hôtel
Hotel in the middle of the mountain, 1 minute walk from the ski lift and cable car.
The place is clean, there is enough space. The food is too good. We took an all-inclusive package (3 meals) but the quantity is not enough. (Personal served us the dish given the covid situation. They never put enough on the plate. We were 2 adults 2 children they gave us only 2 plates really not filled)
Staff and managers are very friendly and attentive. They helped us find a covid test location for theft.
Easy parking. 20 minute drive to Keyseri town. 9 minutes from a small supermarket.
I still recommend this hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is realy close to the ski-track.The foods were good and the personal were very kind but when we booked the hotel and asked for a 4 person room they said there is no bunk in the room when we arrived at the hotel it was half past 12 and the entry was in 2 we paid extra 20 liras for the breakfast and our room was with a bunk bed.The hotel started a afterski party and a campfire when the after ski party were over the campfire was still burning and we sit around it with our friends and just add 2 more wood and the manager said"you cannot use anything without asking us" it was very awkward and rude.There were dead mosquitos and insects in the rooom.We had few problems with the manager when leaving.
