I ordered the product on June 11th, it arrived on time, but I said I wanted to change the product, they said ok. I sent the product again on June 16th. they did not return in any way when I called myself, they said that they had received and asked for the image of the new product. I sent the product since June 30th. They have not sent the product since June 13th, I have been writing since the morning of July 13th, they did not even feel the need to reply, it's a pity that they should give my money back, it's a pity.

Ücretin iadesini talep ettik ama karşımızda bir muhatap olcak kişi yok. Birisi hesap numarası istiyor ilgileneceğiz deyip günlerdir yine haber yok. Müşterisi memnuniyeti sıfır olan bir işletme. Tüketici haklarına şikayetçi olacağız.
Although the product we bought was shipped on the same day, we canceled the order after it was not delivered for more than 1 week. We requested a refund of the fee, but there is no contact person in front of us. Someone asks for an account number and says we will take care of it, and there has been no news for days. A business with zero customer satisfaction. We will complain about consumer rights.

Müşteri temsilcisi ile zaten görüşme sağlamak mümkün değil.En kısa sürede artık yasal işlemlere başlayacağım. Bu kadar çok bekleyip anlayışlı davranmak bile onlar için çok fazla.
Tüketici haklarına şikayet etttik. Tek bir kuruşum dahi olsa bırakmam.
Dolandırılmak isteyenler alışveriş yapabilir. Umarım kazandıkları tek bir kuruş dahi helal olmaz.
They did not deliver the product that was shipped on the same day for a long time. Canceled, no refund even after three months. It is not possible to meet with the customer representative anyway.
