Private villas with private pool but the service I can say 4 stars not luxury or 5 stars

It was one of the best stay. We did 3 nights and all was just perfect. Amazing villas, private access, cozy and nice interior design and just perfect good condition pool. Also the view is breathtakingly beautiful. They also serve full breakfast and dinner with Turkish kitchen and the chef is not just ordinary hotel standart. Seems we were eating home food which was amazing. We are already looking forward to our next stay here. I strongly refer everyone who is looking for private and lovely stay. It was a very enjoyable stay with friends, everything was excellent and organized in terms of reception assistance, room service and breakfast provision, The villa was spacious and large enough for all of us, Kawthar the receptionist was very nice and friendly with us and helped us with many things, Even during non-working hours, she was striving to serve us with a smile and a beautiful soul, I thank her for her help and I appreciate her effort and services throughout the day during the wonderful stay.

Booked this villa as a new venture. We usually travel to resorts. Must say was pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation. But what was the absolute deal maker for me was the very caring and hospitable nature of the hosts. As the villa was closed after the summer season, the hot water system developed some faults. We visited in the winter season. When I called the customer service line, I always got an instant response both from the onsite manager and the office. Both were very helpful- Murad was the onsite guy. Whenever he would meet you it would be with a pleasant smile. Always willing to help. On the phone we had a very well spoken young lady by the name Kawthar. Spoke fluent English and helped us navigate any language barriers with the onsite team. Must say, initially I was a bit worried about the hot water situation due to having a young family travelling with me, but the hosts ensured we were well looked after, to the point they even offered us the use of a second villa to meet our hot water needs. This really impressed us. On top of all of this excellent service and the apologies at the end, they even offered us one extra night accommodation for free to make up for our troubles. Thank you very much guys. I will definitely be coming back to you and recommending you to friends and family!
