İşini layığıyla yapan başta İbrahim bey olmak üzere tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederim. İnsan böyle güzel çalışanlarla karşılaşınca gerçekten mutlu oluyor. Tavsiye ederim.
They came and set up the room set I bought for my daughter. They supplied and brought the missing part as soon as possible. I would like to thank all employees, especially Mr. İbrahim, who did their job properly. One becomes really happy when meeting such good employees. I advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankara Sitelerden Almış olduğum genç odasına ait masa sandalyesi 1 yıl sonra kırıldı.Durumu iletmek için aldığım mağazaya gittiğimde ALVERA mağazasının kapandığı ve yerine başka mağaza açıldığını gördüm.Ama satış elemanlarından Utku isimli personel durumu ALVERA dan birilerine ileterek sorunu çözeceğini söyledi.2 ay geçti telefonlarıma cevap vermedi ALVERA nın durumla ilgilenmediğini mesajla iletti.Daha sonra İnegölde bulunan Ana yeti aradım.Sinem Hanım adında bir bayan ilgileneğini söyledi.Birkaç kere yaptığımız görüşmede takip ettiğini söyledi.Sonuç 3 ay(90 hün) boyunca 50 TL lik malzeyi ALVERA sağlayamadı malzemesinin peşine düşmedi.Banada Her türlü sosyal medyada bu durumu anlatmak ve Tüketici Haklarında hakkımı aramak kaldı.
The desk chair belonging to the youth room that I bought from Ankara Sites broke after 1 year. When I went to the store I bought to convey the situation, I saw that the ALVERA store was closed and another store was opened in its place. But one of the sales personnel, Utku, said that he would solve the problem by conveying the situation to someone from ALVERA. 2 months passed. He did not give a message that ALVERA was not interested in the situation. Later, I called Ana yet in İnegöl. A lady named Sinem said she would take care of it. She said that she had followed it up during the interview we had a few times. All I have to do is explain this situation on social media and seek my rights in Consumer Rights.

We went several times to look for furniture and the person who helps is very polite and takes good care of it. There are no lies or much about prices either. We bought a nice room set. I highly recommend it.
