The best hotel I have ever been in Antalya , this place is amazing , so much entertainment , the staff is amazing , they also upgraded my standard room to delux room for free.... It is very very clean and parties at the night are awesome ! Such a great holiday , thank you guys for everything

I was in Delux corpus, it is better and newer. big territory. but I must say, that if you do not speak Russian, it will be difficult to communicate. also can't understand why in 16+ beach we found a lot of kids? and if you wake up later than 9 a.m. it will be challenge to find a place on the beach, you will find just towels on the beds (staff can clean beds, and do not let to reserve them) very good pier and a bar.

Great hotel. Great service and very good and very friendly personnel. Very good restaurant and good diversity of food. Separate great thank to the chief of main restaurant 'Panorama' and all personnel of this restaurant. They work very hard. Live music and very good pianist in the lobby. Free Wi-fi all over the territory of hotel. Wi-fi is not to too fast ant not always stable but for work is Ok. Free and easy to use safe in the room. Good quality of room cosmetics and bed linen. There is a doctor in hotel. Great evening shows. In general very good and high-quality rest for our family. I am very satisfied! All sanitary demands connected with anti COVID restrictions are respected. All personnel always is in medical masks. Please hold the high level of service you have now!

My family and I had an enjoyable stay at Alva Donna. The food was delicious (I forgot what hunger feels like for 2 weeks) and plentiful, the staff was very attentive and nice. The hotel is definitely oriented towards families with children and there are multiple pools and attractions for kiddos. The beach was sandy but the entry into the sea was rocky. The rooms themselves were neat and clean, although we had to change rooms because at first we were put into a room on the first floor overlooking... a fence. Not that pretty. The second room was facing a loading area with somewhat loud ACs. So beware of that - the hotel may not provide you with the water view that you might expect. From what I understand, it is common for the hotel. Alva Donna positions itself as a "green hotel", so I would like to make a suggestion for the hotel to switch from plastic straws wrapped in plastic film to paper straws wrapped in paper. I have seen plenty of discarded straws and wrappers around which ultimately end up in the water. The amount of singe use plastics is concerning and not eco-friendly at all. I understand it is still pandemic time but some small beneficial adjustments could be made. Thanks Alva Donna!

Great hotel!! Amazing staff !! Food is good !

Visited with family: 1 year old kid, husband, me, grandparents. Helpful staff, very much similar to the pictures available online, clean beach. Food was delicious. A la carte restaurants are not for free, but the main restaurant had great variety of meat/fish/vege options. Next to the dishes there were small monitors showing P/F/C proportion, calories and other info for people with special diet. There are 2 buildings: MAIN and DELUXE. We took Deluxe room (knowing it is separate building with higher standard) and then changed it to Main Building cause DELUXE is hell far from the sea (although it has its own main restaurant and it’s own pool). Rooms are smaller (2 people bed and a cot took all the space!) and older although luxurioussy style. We lived in family room, but visited few standards in the Main Building - so sorry we didn’t took standard room in the MB. Fitness center has really good equipment, better than expected in the hotel. We used doctor, his help was 5/5. I think it’s really save for young babies and it has many acceptable food options for them. 4 stars for great performance but trick with the deluxe rooms and hustle caused by it.
