How Does Turbo Work? The duty of the turbo is to increase the performance by giving more cold air to the engine. Cold air in the engine is denser than warm air. Therefore, the denser the air entering from the engine, the more severe the explosion inside. In this way, the generated power and torque increase. This is why cars perform better in cold weather. Turbo increases performance by delivering more cold air to the engine. Turbocharger and Supercharger There are two different systems used to maximize the car's performance. These are superchargers and turbochargers. Turbo Installation Turbo oil inlet pipe and outlet pipe will be dull The oil of the engine will be poured, new oil will be added again, the engine will be idle for about half an hour. Meanwhile, the pressure of the oil pump will be checked. If there is any other malfunction in the engine, it will be rectified. Engine oil will be poured again, leaks will be checked, if there is sawdust, new oil will be added again and the same process will be repeated. By opening the holes of the dull oil pipes, they will be connected to the turbo place, the oil pipes will be thoroughly cleaned and air will be kept, no silicone or liquid adhesive will be used in the gasket places.
