Genel merkezi arayıp her iki faturayı mail olarak istedim gelen faturalarda 120 TL fatura farkı var bana ödemeleri gereken. Faturaları alıp Van Park AVM'deki mağazalarına başvurdum, bir hata olmuş halledecez yarın dediler, ertesi gün gittiğimde bu farkı ödemeyeceğiz üstüne bir de küstahça istesek hiç değişim bile yapmazdık dediler. Fiyat farkını almak için tüketici hakem heyetine başvuracağım. Altınyıldız pişmanlıktır, hayatımda yaptığım en rezil alışveriş oldu.
When I wanted to change the products I bought as a gift from the store in Altınyıldız Maltepe Park AVM in their store in Van Park AVM, they did forty somersaults not to change it, then they changed it and did not tell me even though I told them the price difference many times. I called the headquarters and asked for both invoices by e-mail, there is a difference of 120 TL in the invoices that they have to pay me. I took the bills and applied to their store in Van Park AVM, they said there was a mistake, they will fix it tomorrow, when I went the next day they said that we will not pay the difference and they would not make any changes even if we asked arrogantly. I will apply to the consumer arbitration committee to get the price difference. Altınyıldız is regrettable, it was the most disgraceful purchase I've ever made in my life.
