Aradığımızda telefona sekreter çıktı halının kontrol edilmesini istedik binbir bahane anlatıp işinize gelmiyorsa bir daha vermeyin dediler. Müşteri memnuniyeti yok. Hiç bir düzeltme çabası yok. Boşuna paranızla rezil olmayın.
The dirt on the carpet came back as we gave it and there were no stains. When we called the phone, we asked the secretary to check the printout version, they told a thousand excuses and if they do not come to your business, they said not to give them any more. No customer satisfaction. There is no correction effort. Don't be fooled with your money in vain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok pahalı olmasına bakmayın 9 tane halı verdim 5 tanesi çok kirli olmamasından dolayı aynı şekilde geldi, diğer 4 halımı neredeyse hiç yıkamamışlar, lekeli kısımlar olduğu gibi geri geldi, telefonla konuşurken şöyle yıkıyoz böyle yıkıyoz diyip göz boyuyolar daha sonra ise sahip çıkmıyolar, lekeyi çıkarmadıkları gibi 2. kez yıkadık diye neredeyse fazla para isteyeceklerdi, ben hiç memnun kalmadım 1 yıldız bile fazla onlara tamamen baştan savma yakıyorlar.
Don't mind that it is very expensive, I gave 9 carpets, 5 of them came in the same way because they were not very dirty, they almost never washed my other 4 carpets, the stained parts came back as they were, when talking on the phone they say they wash it like this and then they don't take care of it, like they didn't remove the stain They would almost ask for more money because we washed it for the 2nd time, I was not satisfied at all, even 1 star is too much. They burn them completely sloppy.
