★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017 yılının 5 ayında kombi aldım yerli malı olması ve firmanın bu kombileri övmesi sebebi ile taktırdık kombiye 7 yıl garanti vermelerine nazaran herhangi bir sorun olduğunda teknik servis her seferinde kullanıcı hatası diyerek para istiyor. Şu anda arızası şebeke suyundan kaynaklanan tıkanıklıktan dolayı 140 tl para talep ediyorlar. bu olay karşısında ne teknik servis nede baymak firması nede almış olduğumuz altınok mühendislik kombiye sahip çıkmıyor.
SAKIN BU KOMBİYİ ALIPTA KULLANMAYIN.
ŞU ANDA TÜKETİCİ MAHKEMESİNE VERMEK İÇİN GEREKLİ İŞLEMLERİ BAŞLATIYORUM.
In 5 months of 2017, I bought a combi boiler because of the domestic goods and the company has praised these combi boilers for 7 years guarantee they have a problem in case of any problem technical service every time the user wants the money by saying the error.
