There are 2 separate apartments here as 3+1 and 2+1. Ideal for families looking for clean neat affordable accommodation. I advise.

A decent, hygienic accommodation facility. Both economical and comfortable. Completely new and modern. Internet speed is quite good. I advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень плохое место (3+1) Посуды мало. Квартира типа отель (уходите электричество выключается). Джакузи бесполезна. Воды горячей не хватает, а если помылись то сутки будете ждать пока снова нагреется. Если солнца нет то ждите когда будет. Постельного белья сменного нет! Рабочей зоны нет. Дверные ручки сломаны! Балконы закрыть проблематично. Телевизор старый и плохо показывает HDMI нет. WiFi это просто жуть, скорость 2-3 мегабита. С электричеством проблемы!Условия не соответствуют цене.
Very bad place (3 + 1) Little dishes. The apartment is like a hotel (if the electricity goes off). The jacuzzi is useless. There is not enough hot water, and if you washed yourself, you will wait a day until it warms up again. If there is no sun, then wait when it will be. There is no changeable bed linen! There is no working area. The door handles are broken! Balconies are problematic to close. The TV is old and does not show HDMI well. WiFi is just creepy, the speed is 2-3 megabits. Electricity problem! Conditions do not match the price.
