Yakında market zinciri henüz bulunmamaktadır olup sitenin içinde mini marketler mevcuttur. Güvenliği var ve 24 saat nöbet tutmaktadirlar. Çevre düzenlemesi biraz eski ve havuz gibi sosyal eğlenceler mevcut değildir. Sadece eski de olsa basket sahası ve çocuk parkı mevcuttur.
It is one of the first buildings built in Antalya's port area close to the coast. It is quite old and its flats are larger than new buildings. There is no market chain nearby, and there are mini markets within the site. They have security and are on watch 24 hours a day. The landscaping is a bit old and social entertainments such as pool are not available. There is only a basketball court and a playground, albeit an old one.
