We went for my wife but they are uninterested. Twice they acted equally indifferent. I went to the second one not to offend my wife, but I will not go again. We are not satisfied at all

They are disinterested, saturated and rude. They said that we didn't say anything about my brother's ring which they said is under warranty. I went to look for diamonds, but they're literally throwing it away. I'm not satisfied at all
