Gittik oraya da, maalesef orası da iş bilmezlerle doluydu.Altınbaş bu konuyu halletmezse hukuki süreç başlatacağız.Konuya yaklaşımları da baştan savmaydı.Altınbaş markasına hiç yakışmayan bir yaklaşım!

They did not give the certificate of the diamond ring we bought. Since we live in another city, we stopped by and asked for the certificate when we went to Denizli. We went there, unfortunately, it was full of incompetent people. If Altınbaş does not deal with this issue, we will initiate legal proceedings. Their approach to the issue was also sloppy. An approach that does not suit Altınbaş brand!
Altınbaş, who commented below, insists on not giving certificates in a way that will make you think that he is selling fake products. I say be careful when choosing a brand. They will obviously have to bother us!
