A very clean family run business. Friendly people and the service provided is very nice. The price is affordable and there is a transportation service to the ski center. We will definitely come back here on our next vacation.

A very sweet family hotel, they solve all your ski-related problems, you can rent skis right next door. The food and breakfast are quite adequate, not even 5 minutes to the cable car. When you call, they come and pick you up, either Şahset brother or service. We will come with our friends next season, everything was very nice and warm. The view from my photo room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müthiş bir aile işletmesi. Hem Altun Hnm hemde Şahzet bey otel müşterilerini misafirleri gibi ağırlayan naif insanlar. Otel dışında da tatilimizi nasıl geçireceğimize dair soru ve sorunlarımıza çözüm bulmamıza yardımcı oldular. Odalar çok temiz ve her türlü şey düşünülmüş. Yemekler çok güzel özellikle Altun hnm'ın kaz yemeğini mutlaka yemelisiniz Kars'ta yediklerimizden çok daha güzeldi. Çocuklu aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
A great family business. Both Altun Hnm and Şahzet Bey are naive people who welcome their hotel customers as their guests. They helped us find solutions to our questions and problems about how to spend our holiday outside the hotel. The rooms are very clean and everything has been thought of. The food is very good, you should definitely try Altun hnm's goose dish, it was much better than the ones we ate in Kars. I would definitely recommend for families with children.

İşletmeciler çok kibar, güleryüzlü ellerinden gelen yardımı esirgemeyen fazlasını bile yapan insanlar. Kendi araçları ile kayak merkezine götürme hizmeti de sunuyorlar. Her gidişimizde artık favori mekanımız olacak mutlaka tercih edilmesi gereken bir otel.
An excellent family business.. nothing to say about the rooms, spacious, comfortable, clean, warm. The operators are very polite, smiling people who do not spare their help and do even more. They also offer the service of taking them to the ski center with their own vehicles. It will be our favorite place every time we go, and it is a hotel that must be preferred.

Biz arkadaş grubuyla geldik odaları bizim için idealdi, Çocuklu aileler için de çok iyi olacağını düşünüyorum. Otel çalışanları aynı zamanda otelin sahipleri de. Şahset Abinin misafirliğine ve insanlığına söylenecek söz bulamıyorum. Onun bakış açısı otelin tüm çalışanlarına yansımış herkes güler yüzlü çalışkan. Bizler çok memnun kaldık. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.
We came on the recommendation of our friend, everything was very good. The breakfast was great, the evening meals were suitable for our taste. The rooms were comfortable, large and clean. We came with a group of friends, their rooms were ideal for us, I think it will be very good for families with children. Hotel employees are also the owners of the hotel. I cannot find a word to say about the hospitality and humanity of Şahset Abi. His point of view is reflected in all the employees of the hotel, everyone is friendly and hardworking.
