Bu emlak ofisi erzurum ve çevresinde emlakçılık anlayışından tamamen uzak ve ne müşterisine ne de ev sahibine saygısı olan bir firmadır. Ev kiralama işlemi yapılıp parasını tahsil ettikten sonra (köprüyü geçene kadar) iyi olup ardından kiracı ile alakalı herhangi bir problem yaşandığında asla sürece dahil olmayan kişileri içerisinde barındırmaktadır böyle paravan şirketleri hem kazandırıp hemde kötü muameleye maruz kalmak akıl işi değil görmüş olduğum bu muameleyi ve kötü hizmet anlayışını çevremdeki herkese özellikle anlatmaya devam edeceğim

This real estate office is a company that is completely far from real estate understanding in and around Erzurum and has no respect for either its customers or its landlords. Once the house is rented and paid, it is good (until crossing the bridge) and then when there is any problem with the tenant, it includes people who are never involved in the process, such front companies are not rational to both earn and be mistreated. I will continue to explain your understanding to everyone around me.
