They said that they did not have the medicine I wanted, my request is not medicine, but a simple spray for 10₺, they told me that I have to buy it from another pharmacy for a fee. They told me to either buy all the medicines from the same pharmacy or buy the non-existent medicine from another place for a fee, even though it was written on the prescription.
