A place for the gathering of Syrians, especially from the health side there are doctors I believe and according to the experience with an excellent degree is better to visit this place because it is very suitable for Syrians with the lack of Turkish language, especially in medical terms

The best houses in Karatas can be called, very useful and spacious. There are Syrian families but they are compatible and good people.

و ان شاء الله سنة تانية ما فيها ولا تركي وسخ من أمثال صاحب التعليق تحت إلا الأتراك الجيدين و أصحاب الجيرة الطيبة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ev geniş ama bodrumunu sürekli su basıyor. 60 daireye 2 tane 4 kişilik asansör koyulmuş çok arıza veriyor ve çok bekliyorsunuz. Nasıl iskan almış şaşırtıcı. Su tesisati berbat binanın her ay en az 1.000 lira sucu tamiratı oluyor. Yeri konumu güzel. Yalıtımı çok iyi. Kışın uygun fiyata isiniyorsunuz.
The house is spacious, but its basement is constantly flooded. Two 4-person elevators have been installed in 60 flats, it breaks down a lot and you wait too long. It's amazing how it got settled. The water system of the building is terrible, and every month, at least 1,000 liras of water is repaired. The location is nice. Insulation is very good. In winter, you warm up for an affordable price.
