★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann man vergessen. Freundlich wenn du da Geld lässt. Unfreundlich wenn sie Schrott verkaufen und dann nicht Mal reparieren oder Alternativen anbieten. Achtung auch bei den Preisschilder. Entspricht nicht was in der Kasse eingegeben wird
 Can you forget. Kindly if you leave money there. Unfriendly when they sell scrap and then don't even repair it or offer alternatives. Be careful with the price tags. Does not match what is entered at checkout

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden leider enttäuscht. Wir hatten für unsere kleinen Welpen (je 3 kg) eine Transport-Box hier geholt. Nach der zweiten Benutzung ist der Griff abgebrochen, was überhaupt nicht passieren darf. Mein Mann konnte die Box gerade noch auffangen, bevor sie runterfällt. Als er heute in den Laden ging und einen neuen Griff haben wollte, hieß es, dass er keinen bekommt, obwohl die Box sozusagen nagelneu war. Wir betreten diesen Laden nie wieder und können ihn auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
Darüber hinaus empfehle ich, die Preise auf der Verpackung mit dem Bon zu vergleichen.
Unfortunately we were disappointed. We got a transport box here for our little puppies (3 kg each). After the second use, the handle broke off, which shouldn't happen at all. My husband just caught the box before it fell. When he went into the store today and asked for a new grip, they said he couldn't get one even though the box was brand new so to speak. We will never set foot in this store again, nor can we recommend it.
In addition, I recommend comparing the prices on the packaging with the receipt.
