★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakın ALMAYIN... Alsanız bile ... En ufak problemde bile gelmiyorlar..bu firmaya balkon camlarimi yaptırdım.. bin pismanim..Problem olduğu anda GELMİYOLAR..SERVİS SIFIR!!! Yaklaşık 2 aydır balkon camında ayarda kayma oldu ve 2 aydır bu firmaya telefon etsemde... Montaj var . .Gelemeyiz diyolar... Bugünde aynısıni dediler... Kesinlikle yardımcı bir firma değil ...servis falan yok... Müşteri memnuniyeti yok... Görevli olan kişi telefonla konuşmaya bile tenezzül etmiyor... ALMAYİN... Küçük bir probleme çözüm bile bulamiyan bir firma yoktur...
DON'T BUY... Even if you buy it... They don't come even in the slightest problem.. I had this company get my balcony windows done.. I regret it.. When there is a problem, they DO NOT COME.. SERVICE ZERO!!! There has been a shift in the adjustment of the balcony glass for about 2 months and even though I have been calling this company for 2 months... There is an installation. .They say we can't come... They said the same today... Definitely not a helpful company ... No service or anything... No customer satisfaction... Person in charge doesn't even bother to talk on the phone... DON'T BUY... For a minor problem There is no company that can't even find a solution...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oda cam balkon yaptırdım yaptırdığıma bin pişmanım. Ürünü satana kadar herşey çok güzel ilgi alaka ama iş bitip cam takıldıktan sonra herşey bitiyor. Sıkıntında seninle ilgilenecek kimse yok çağırıyorsun garantide olsa daha gelen yok, takmaya gelenler takıp bir an önce gitmeye bakıyorlar ustalık sıfır. Sözüm ona ısı camlı fitilli ama her taraftan esiyor fitillerin arasından dahi özellikle camın kapandığı alt ve üst apartlar öyle kötü ki koca iki delik oradan soğuk gelirmi diye düşünülmemiş tüm soğuk oralardan geliyor bezle kapatıyoruz. Camı açtın mı hızla çarpmadan kapatamıyorsun tüm camları yana doğru kaydırıp açtığında yukarıdaki apart nedense kendi kendine kapanıyor ve her seferinde ya merdivenle çıkıp açıyoruz yada uzun bir sopayla camları tamamen açmaya korkar olduk artık. Yani gerçekten yaptırdığımıza bin bin bin pişmanız verdiğimiz paraya acıyoruz hiç memnun değiliz. Şiddetle tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle gitmeyin ağzınız yanar...
