Sanki fabrika üretimi ? her malzeme ayrı birleştirilmiş gibi. Adana'nın yanına koyduğunuz soğanın üzerine sumak atılsa da birazcık lezzetlense ama oda yoktu. Verilen paranın hakkını haketmiyor bence. İşkembe çorbası içmeye gittik. İçindeki iskembeler çok büyük. İşkembe ile çorbanın suyu ayrı ayrı yapılıyor gibi. İstediginizde iskembeleri içine atıyor gibi bir tadı var. İşkembe ile suyu hiç ozdeslesmemisti. I have never eaten such a tasteless island. It was as if there was no spice in Adana.
