★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almer shopping center is a humble mall. The only advantage it has is its location. It is located right beneath Hilton Kayseri at the very centrum of the city. That's all. Insufficient parking places, always long rows at the counters, only 2 or 3 counters out of 10 are operating, lighting condition is low, decoration is poor, has the sane decoration since 18 years ago when it was founded.
