★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aska Lara & spa... Sehr schade , familien mit Kleinkinder die erst am späten nachmittag / abend fliegen müssen mittags um 12 aus dem Zimmer.. noch in keinem Familien hotel so was erlebt! Daher keine Empfehlung für Familien gibt es deutlich bessere hotels in der Umgebung.. Management kommt mit lächerlichen Argumenten.. wie überbucht!!! ist nicht das problem vom Gast würde ich sagen. Alltours verkauft das leider als Familien freundliches hotel!!! No go
Aska Lara & spa ... It's a shame, families with small children who only have to fly out of the room in the late afternoon / evening at 12 noon .. have never seen anything like this in a family hotel! Therefore no recommendation for families there are much better hotels in the area .. Management comes with ridiculous arguments .. like overbooked! is not the problem from the guest I would say. Unfortunately, Alltours sells this as a family-friendly hotel! No go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pauschalreise nach Kos (Griechenland) für 12 Tage zum Preis von 2500 Euro im Hotel Michelangelo Halbpension gebucht. Das mir zugeteilte Zimmer ist mehr als 10 Jahre alt; dementsprechend waren auch die Sanitäranlagen. Reklamation vor Ort war nicht hilfreich. Meine Anregung, das Alter der Zimmer transparent zu offenbaren, wurde mit der Begründung abgelehnt, dass nur wenn eine Renovierung erfolgte, wird diese Information weitergegeben? Enttäuschend und unbefriedigend.
Package trip to Kos (Greece) for 12 days at the price of 2500 euros in the Hotel Michelangelo half board. The room assigned to me is more than 10 years old; the sanitary facilities were accordingly. Complaint on site was not helpful. My suggestion to reveal the age of the rooms transparently was rejected on the grounds that this information will only be passed on if a renovation was carried out? Disappointing and unsatisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate the service 0 I really would have done that! This is our 4th time in alanya (avsaller) and we never experienced such a bad service from a Daniela of Alltours!!!! I had an emergency and i didn’t get the help that I needed! AND THIS IS THE SERVICE THEY GIVE. She told us we have nothing for you. No plane tickets, no transfer. She didn’t came with solutions as a service would do. NEVER AGAIN! If you book do not book with them, they will rip you off.
Just a tip! The clients they have rights and you didn’t gave even one of them. One of those right is support. No support, no friendliness. Nothing…
