Gittim ve oradaki arkadaş beni teknik servis bölümü var oraya gitmeniz gerekiyor orada cam bölme var dedi gittim oraya cam bölmeden biri geldi, dedim ki jack taktiracaktim bu kabloya dedim ve beni dumur eden cevabi verdi "jack takan arkadaş bugün izinli ben bisey yapamam" diyerek beni umursamadi ve sonrasinda yuzume bakmadı bile. Sonra şaşkın bir şekilde çıktım dışarı. Koskoca firmada jack takacak 1 kişi mi var yani teknik servisteki başta bana o cevabi veren kisi olmak uzere başka kimsenin elinden gelmiyor mu o is ve o jack takacak arkadas izinli suan yok diyen adam beni umursamadi ve yolladi. Tamam olmayabilir ama bunu daha kibar ve anlaşılır bi şekilde soyleyebilirdi. Tamam mağaza buyuk, ürün çeşitli,otopark var ama bu ufak şeyler musteri memnuniyeti açısından cok önemli bence. Bidaha işim düşse bile bu vesileyle gideceğimi sanmıyorum.
On Saturday, October 30th, I had to connect a jack for my internet cable. I went in, the friend at the cashier said, "Go to the other side, they will help you." I went and the friend there said there is a technical service section, you have to go there, there is a glass partition there, I went there, someone came from the glass partition, I said I was going to have a jack installed on this cable, and he gave me the answer that made me cry, "The friend who wears the jack is off today, I can't do anything" and he didn't care about me. and then he didn't even look at me. Then I came out confused. Is there one person in the whole company who will wear a jack, so the guy in the technical service who said that no one else, especially the person who gave me that answer, could not do that job and that friend who would wear a jack, didn't care about me and sent me. It might not be okay, but he could have said it more politely and clearly. Ok, the store is big, there is a variety of products, there is a parking lot, but I think these little things are very important in terms of customer satisfaction. Even if I lose my job again, I don't think I will go on this occasion.
