We stayed for 3 nights and unfortunately we were disappointed. We made our reservation for a standard room in line with the room visuals, but we stayed in a room that was unrelated to the visuals, the shower cabin was old and unfortunately the bathroom was never hygienic. Even on the curtains of the room, the cornice buttons looked broken and awful. The inside of the mini fridge they put in the room was very dirty. They should urgently rework room # 2. Due to the constant power outage in the region and the room being warmed by only the air conditioner, we suffered from this issue. Likewise, there was no hot water flowing from the shower and we informed the reception 2 times for this and we were taken care of after we informed. We were not asked whether we were satisfied or not even once for 3 days. They shared their problems with Sedaş about the power outage while we were checking out from the hotel and felt the need to apologize, but I think that the problem with Sedaş should not be a problem for the guests staying at the hotel, as a business, they should solve this urgently.

We were able to stay for one day, but I wish we could have stayed longer. The owners are very kind and helpful. The facility is very clean. The room was very nice. We stayed in the deluxe room. The breakfast was satisfying. Thank you again for everything. See you again as soon as possible.

From the first day of our stay to the last day, everything was very nice. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. I recommend it if you want a quiet and peaceful holiday.

From the first moment we entered, the welcome was very friendly and smiling. In terms of cleanliness, both the room we stayed in and the inside of the hotel were very clean. It is a quiet hotel with a beautiful garden where you can relax. We were very satisfied.

First of all, the employees were very kind. Thank them. That's why I'm giving 2 stars, not 1. When we entered the room, there were no body towels and slippers. Afterwards, we realized that the hot water was not flowing either. Maybe they didn't give our towels because there was no hot water in that room. We will never know. Since the hotel is wooden and the heating is done with air conditioning, the room is very hard to heat. Breakfast was also standard. Unfortunately we were not satisfied.

It is a decent boutique hotel where we had a very pleasant time from the first day of our stay until the last day. Employees are very engaged. It is a place where you can find a very calm and peaceful place to escape from the crowd of the city.
