Kesinlikle üzerlerine almadılar, param boşa gitti, değişim yapmadılar ellerinde değilmiş :D Aldığınız ürünlerin kırılmayacağına garanti veremedikleri için almanız taraftarı değilim. Normalde güler yüzlüler ama iş ciddiye binince yeterince kaba olabiliyorlar. 0 verebilme şansım olsaydı bir saniye bile düşünmezdim.
 The product I bought broke before I could put it on my ear. They certainly didn't take it on themselves, my money was wasted, they didn't change it, it's out of their hands :D I'm not in favor of buying the products you bought because they can't guarantee that they won't break. They're normally friendly, but when things get serious, they can be rude enough. If I had a chance to give 0, I wouldn't even think for a second.
