Siparis alirken baslayan ve siparisi zamaninda teslim etmeyle devam eden hizmetiniz hakkinda memnun olmadigimi belirtmek istiyorum. Malumunuz Samsun'da ozellikle pazar günleri pide günüdür ve günün her saatinde yenmek istenen ozel bir yiyecektir .Ve her hafta pazar günü ben de bu ritüeli yasiyorum. İsyerinize cok yakin bir yazlik siteden telefon ile verdigim siparisler ozellikle son iki seferinde tamamen fiyasko . Birincisi istedigim birkac cesit sekilde değil de telefondaki arkadasin istedigi sekilde geldi , misafirlerime mahcup oldum .Telefon acip durumu anlattigimda gerekeni yaptiniz sagolun hemen durumu dogrultup bir süre sonra doğru siparis geldi ama bizim mahcubiyetimiz de cabasi ... Bugun ( 18 temmuz )yine bir problem yasadim. Saat 16:20 "de siparisi verdim ama saat 17:00oldu ne gelen var ne giden . Aradim gorevli arkadasiniz pideniz cikti , gonderiyorum dedi. 17:30 yine aradim kardesim benimle dalga mi geciyorsunuz , gonderemeyecegiz deyin siparisi iptal ettireyim dedim. İsrarla pideniz cikti diyor ben de pidenin cikmasiyla degil bana gelmesiyle ilgileniyorum cevabını verdim. 17:45 Sonunda sabir ve yogun bir cekismeyle gevrek olmasin ve bol tereyagli diye not aldirdigim beklenen pideler geldi ama soğuk ve taş gibiydi. Dedim vardir bunda bir hikmet yiyebildigimizi yedik , gerisini allah affetsin çöpe attik... Birkac km ileride bu isi yapanlar oldugunu hatirlatarak ay Defalarca alisveris yaptigimiz isyerinizde son zamanlarda yasadigim aksilikleri yaziya dokmek istedim . Dikkate almaniz dilegiyle ....
