New and clean appartments near Bus station (otogar) ..

the location isn't so good, but the apartments are quite nice

I was not there to be honest , but I've never seen such an awful behaviour on Booking! They cancelled my booking because my visa card had prb , though I updated it and mailed them and asked them for keeping it. I'm a traveller and using Booking for 2 years and this is the first time I faced such an indecent manner.

perfect hotel I've ever had. All is good . Very clean , comfortable and the person is amiable. The is perfect! the room is big , it has terrace outside that can see the beautiful view of the city .

We booked night in hotel for two via Hotels.com and when we arrived to the hotel, reception staff told us that reservation was canceled and we can stay in more expensive room. Even after showing them reservation in mobile app, they didn't accept it and even offer another room for same price.

Disgusting service and lier reception, i visit them and avoid booking because i know that booking gets some profits from them, i get 1 room and i was planning to stay there, i havenot used bed, bathroom and etc. when i entered in room receptionist told us that we must undress shoes, but there wasnot any slipers, OKAY. just enter wifi pass and scrolling and get message that my country's border is closing for me and need to cross it ASAP. I went to reception and asking for half of my money to get it back. I don't wanted to get all of my money just half of the money they told me that they can't money back but if i visit Trabzon again they can host me and make usable money which i spend for nothing. I talked also their manager who told me that He has big company and have 4 hotels and it won't be any problem. I was planning to visit Trabzon and i said ok i will visit and my money won't lost. This happened in 17.07 and i visit trabzon again in 11.08 i call to reception and he said i don't have free room i saidn in your company you have 4 hotels and there will be 1 room just for a sleep and he told me that he can help me to search hotel. He helped me relly but he search free place in different hotel which was not cheap and "new" hotel's receptionist said i don't have any contacts to them just pay whole money for my room. This is hotel where you can lose your money easily. Thank you Alibeyoglu Apart Otel to making my both trips unforgottable and keep avoid from them, because there are many good people in Trabzon and keep looking for cheaper stays.

Excellent clean fully hygienic air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with well equipped lounge and fully fitted kitchen and washing machine. I have stayed here and enjoyed my stay throughout. Easy access to public transports and markets and restaurants. Mr Fuat helped me alot throughout due to language barrier he speaks good english. They also arranged my private day trips to all Trabzon and Unzungol attractions. They are well connected and full of ideas to make your trip even better. Would like to visit again. Very bad experience, dirty accommodation, smelly sheets and pillows, bad communication. Update: I am sorry to read thier reply to my review. I was hoping my review would help them improve but unfortunately the management is not professional and not mature enough.
