Again, in the endowment of Mevlana el-Hac Abdurrahman Efendi bin Mustafa Çelebi dated H.1137 M.1724, the name "El-Hac İbrahim Efendi Eşşehir bi Mencekzade" is mentioned and the Mencek family's XVIII. YY. It is understood that he lived in Urfa until the beginning of the year. Mencek Han is mentioned as "Mencek Han" by stating that it is near Çadırcı Pazarı in a foundation charter dated H.1280 M.1863, and as "Mencekoğlu Han" in Hacı Kamilzade Hacı Mehmet Efendi foundation charter dated H.1299 M.1882, stating that it is in "Terker Pazarı". The building, which is made of smooth cut stones, is entered from the north side, through a corridor covered with cross and barrel vaults. There are four shops covered with barrel vaults on the east, west and south façades of the square courtyard, and two shops on the north façade. Above these are the second floor rooms with cloisters. The porticoes in the east are piers, while the ones in the west, north and south are columnar. The piers are covered with cross vaults, the colonnades with lintels are covered with stones. The south-west corner of the courtyard is shaped like an iwan on both floors. Mencek Inn was restored by Şanlıurfa Municipality in 2011.
