★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsuna giden otobüsleri gayet güzel ve konforlu. Tv hep çalışıyor ama bazı otobüslerde telefon şarjı için yer yok. Şuana kadar hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım. Bence güzel firma.
 The buses to Samsuna are very nice and comfortable. TV always trying, but no place for phone charging in some buses. I've never had a problem. I think it's good company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2+1 otobüs lakin kesinlikle standartlara uymuyor, araç geç geldi. Konfor sıfır. 20 lira fazla verip başka firmadan almayı tavsiye ederim.
The 2 + 1 bus, however, definitely does not meet the standards, the vehicle arrived late. Comfort is zero. I would recommend giving 20 lira more and buying it from another company.

We were longing for quality companies. I have been buying tickets from Ali Osman Ulusoy for the last two times because it is comfortable and high quality. Employees are very formal and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gercekten binbir pişman olduk bilet aldığımıza. Bir daha asla. 1 saat geç yaklaştı perona, yolda motor arızalandı vs rezalet. Neyse ki sağ salim inebildik.
We really regretted that we bought tickets. Never again. Approached the platform 1 hour late, the engine malfunctioned on the way, etc. It was a disgrace. Fortunately, we landed safely.
