Ali Güzel made an agreement with Onur Burak Güzel from building-insulation-floor (Gaziantep), and epoxy application was made for the floor of our new architecture office that we built in July 2019. This company, which has caused us both time loss and material damage by upsetting our moving process and the entire plan timing of interior renovations from the moment it was made, disappointed us greatly by ordering the gray color floor application in the first floor application. In the color warning we made during the application, he stated in a very funny way that the color will turn back and gray afterwards. Even this reveals how inexperienced you are. Afterwards, the color brown mold was scraped off again and a new material was poured. And the result was of course disappointing. Local cracks, color fluctuations and all fixed furniture in the office were damaged in a very short time after it was built. As if it was not enough to cause the office to be opened 3 months late, the cracks were growing according to the hot and cold weather changes and usage and cracking one by one. Instead of the people we expected to return for months and said they would come from the factory for the Sample, Onur Burak Güzel stated that he would come and send the sample to the factory on his own personally. we were distracted and passed over. As a result of all our feedback, they stated that the concrete type on the floor we received at the end was not suitable for this material. When we asked that this should be stated at the beginning and how we would know this, we encountered a denial as they stated this. As our embarrassment was not enough for all our customers and relatives we hosted in our office for months, our grievance was definitely not remedied and we had to face a picture that would not be suitable for an architectural office. I definitely do not recommend it to the attention of all my colleagues and companies that will apply.

Epoxy floor was made in our newly built shop. I would like to thank our company for giving important ideas about color and pattern.
