If your neighbor on the bottom floor fries, the toilet of our uppermost apartment smells like frying, the toilet smells like a kitchen. There are ventilation errors. We did not have a good heat insulation situation. But especially the sound situation is very bad and there is no solution, so we regret it.

Algun modern also leaves people without electricity because they want to save money. They are victimizing people by saying that you can't use the electricity of the construction site by handing over the house without getting a residence permit. Even though it has been 2 months since the house was delivered, the residence has not been taken yet. My advice to those who will buy a house, stay away. Other construction companies at least They do not victimize people behind the house they sell.
