★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hediye gelen ürün çocuğun üzerine uymadığı için 1 gün sonra değişime götürdük. Barkodun ucu yırtılmış diye iade almamak için çok kaba davranıldı. Ürünün aynısından başka beden yok diye ürünü iade alamam diyor. Hediye getiren kişiye sormalıymışız neden koparmış barkodu!!! Halbuki fiyat görünmesin diye o kısım kpparılır zaten. Tartışarak zorla başka ürün alabildik. Pes gerçekten bu ne biçim esnaflıktır. Kimseye öneriyorum kusura bakmayın bu kabalığa 1 yıldız bile fazla.
Since the product that came as a gift did not fit the child, we took it for an exchange after 1 day. It was very rude not to get a refund because the tip of the barcode was torn. It says I cannot return the product because there is no other size than the same product. Why should we ask the person who brought the gift, why did he cut off the barcode!!! However, that part is already shrunk so that the price is not visible. By arguing, we were able to buy another product by force. Really, what kind of craftsmanship is this? I recommend it to anyone, sorry, even 1 star is too much for this rudeness.
