We worked with the company by accident years ago and both the products and the service were perfect, as a result of the positive experience we had, we worked again this year and everything was perfect again. Kargodan kaynaklı kırılmaları defalarca yenilediler, bizzat yöneticileri arayıp ilgilendi. usanmadan sordugum tüm yanıtlara cevap verdiler ve en nihayetinde Elime sorunsuz şekilde ulaşana kadar da takip ettiler. hem müşteri hizmetleri, hem yöneticilerine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Online alışverişin populer oldugu bu dönemde hala magazadan bizzat almışım gibi hizmet almış olmam çok mutlu etti :) herkese tavsiye ederim.
I have seen very few more interested companies, I did all my marriage shopping online from different places, but there is no store that deals better.
They renewed the breakage caused by the cargo many times, the managers personally called and took care of it. They answered all the answers I asked without getting tired and they followed up until I finally reached my hand without any problems. I would like to thank both the customer service and the managers separately. In this period when online shopping is popular, I was very happy to still receive service as if I had bought it from the store myself :) I recommend it to everyone.
