★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yaşınalı 9 ay oldu sitemiz gerçekten harika imkanları çok fazla insanların ortamın kalitesi yüksek. Her şey olması gerektiği gibi temiz düzenli. Sitenin içerisindeki market evlere servis yapıyor. Anaokulu, ilkokul ve ortaokul mevcut. Sitenin yanında harika bir camimiz var. Kapalı açık havuz ve spor salonu var. Kısaca her şeyiyle gelip yaşanılası bir yer. Ben şehrin içinde havasız yerleri sevmiyorum burada orman hemen yanınızda bütün temiz hava önce size geliyor bu gerçekten harika bir şey. Yönetim konusunda bi aralar sıkıntı oldu ne yazık ki şu an ki durum nedir bilemiyorum. Kapalı otoparkı gerçekten çok büyük bütün site sakinlerinin 2 araç hakkı olmasına rağmen dolmuyor otoparkı. Sitenin yanından 3 tane otobüs kalkıyor her yere rahatça ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ve hemen yanında bir taksi durağı var.
It's been 9 months old, our site is really great opportunities, too many people, the quality of the environment is high. Everything is neat and tidy as it should be. The market in the site serves the houses. There is a kindergarten, primary school and secondary school. We have a great mosque next to the site. There is an indoor outdoor pool and a gym. In short, it is a place to come and live with everything. I don't like stuffy places in the city, here the forest is right next to you, all the fresh air comes to you first, this is a really cool thing. There has been a problem with the management, unfortunately, I do not know what the current situation is. The parking garage is really big, although all the residents of the site have 2 cars, the parking lot is not full. There are 3 buses leaving next to the site and you can easily reach everywhere. And right next to it there is a taxi stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very secure and all connected community. The buildings are very well designed, organised and the community areas are all very well planned. A bit far from the main city centers but it's very well linked to all major routes via the metro bus which is a 10 mins walk from the main entrance. There is ample car parking, a supermarket and fast food restaurants all in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although its far-from-city location, this habitat includes much of the family life. A preschool and a primary school even exist within the site borders. The entire underground is designed as parking lot so its is very likely to park easily.
A minor design drawback is same colored buildings, which makes them hard to discriminate for visitors. At least, if they were differed on block letter basis, it would be lot easier to find correct building. Until site management thinks similar, 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new security is terrible, very rude, very difficult to deal with, the aidat payments are 400 tl, even though we get nearly nothing in return, you even have to pay for the gym, the outdoor seating is terrible and uncomfortable, they turn off the lights at night, and you're not allowed to sit next to the pool in the evening. I used to like living here but it's getting worse and worse.
