Annem oradan yatak odası takımı almıştı. Aynanın çercevesinde açılma olmuş tamir için bu firmaya geri göndermişti. Ama bunlar aynayı kırmış, yenisini vereceğiz demişler.
Yaklaşık 10 senedir bir aynamızı alamadık. İlk 6–7 sene sürekli gittik istedik. Oranın sahibinin sırıtarak her seferinde ''Yok elimizde yok, yok siz bir tane beğenin, yok ölçüleri yazın biz hazırlayalım'' demesi, ? Gerçekten bir aynayla zengin mi olacaksınız? En son biz utandık hakkımızı gidip istemeye. Hakkımızı da helal etmiyoruz.
İşin özü almayın, alıyorsanız da tamir işlerini bu sahtekarlara yaptırmayın. Yoksa elinizdekinden de olursunuz.

My mom bought a bedroom set from there. There was a crack in the frame of the mirror and it was sent back to this company for repair. But they said that they broke the mirror and they will give a new one.
We haven't been able to get a mirror for about 10 years. We wanted to go continuously for the first 6-7 years. The owner of the place says "No, we don't have it, no, you like one, no, write the measurements, we'll prepare it" every time, grinning ? Will you really be rich with a mirror? Finally, we were ashamed to go and demand our rights. We don't justify our rights.
Do not take the essence of the matter, and if you do, do not let these fraudsters do the repair work. Otherwise, you'll be out of your hands.
