Servis ararsın gelmez ilgilenmez. Yağmur geçirir su alır. Camlar açarken düşer yerinden çıkar. Berbat ve dolandırıcı bir işletme

Garantisi olsun, arıza durumunda muhatap bulalım diye diğer cam balkonlardan kat kat fazla para ödedik albert genau markasına. Ama yapıldığı günden beri şikayetçiyim. Kapak kapanmaz, kapanırsa açılmaz. Açılan bölümler yerinde durmaz, iple bağlarsın duvara yaslı durması için. Aynı durum bir otel de veya kafe de olsa ne derler size. Yuh, aldığın paraya bak, yaptığın işe bak deyip, söke söke alırlar haklarını.... Çağırırsan Servis gelmez. Esco işletmesi satıştan sonra müşteriyle muhatap olmaz.
