Great food,big pool,friendly staff,on the beach,plenty sunbeds and a relaxing way to spend a holiday,its our 6th visit to alba royal and will keep coming here.

Amazing. This hotel thinks of everything. Very friendly, food brilliant, staff very helpful and friendly. I had an amazing three weeks holiday. So good l have already booked to go back again next year.

Extremely quality food and wonderful service. Clean, quiet and nice rooms. The employees were very polite and helpful. Best choice for calm and peaceful stay.

Food and service are not for 5* hotel. The service not client friendly. Food ist like in a bistro. Beach and see are good. Rooms are not renovated like 10 years. Strongly is not recommended

Definitely not a 5 stars!!! Service, food, particularly sea view rooms(only on a roof-mansard) is poor. Personal is not paying attention on a guests in a restaurant(only one for while hotel). You can sit there whole time without utensils, water , I am not talking about offered wine. Fruits are not ready to eat-green, except of watermelon. Lines for fish, eggs . They have a few small stoves . 2 hours for lunch and dinner only. Then they will turn off the lights. Food will be taken off prior the ending time about 20-30 min...Bathrooms are quite small. No shampoo and conditioner. No iron and iron board in a rooms. Ironing service is 3€ per peace( I didn’t try). Super hot in all of the buildings(no A/C) halls, in a restaurant might be hot or cold depending on a place of your table. Roof rooms are hot as well. The A/C is on in a lobby. Cleaning service is also like : changing beds, towels, but not cleaning everyday the carpet on a floor. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends! Update: after this review I had a conversation with guests relations worker. They changed my room to another one, waitresses in a pink restaurant is still very busy with changing table covers. We are taking forks, knifes, water ourselves often. It seems like you have to be attractive person with money for tips to get what is basically you paid for when you bought your tour. Evening shows, sea and the beach with beach lounges and sun protective sheets are perfect.

Is not the first time in Turkey but it is the first time when I am very disappointed. This hotel is definitely not a 5 stars!!! The family rooms are small, old furniture. The view room is a roof. Service, food drinks are poor. Hardly can find someone who speaks english. The restaurant very crowded, lines for everything. Internet wifi is extra charge. Very nice the sea and the beach. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends!

It was my first time in a 5 star hotel where the staff does not speak any of the four proposed languages. They do not understand the basics of customer relations. Neither at the reception desk nor in the restaurant. No sensitivity to our individual needs. The food and drinks are at the "Bistro-level". Sea was great...and wine tasted good. If only they could understand the word "ice" when bringing me wine:)
