★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musteri maduriyetinde son nokta.randevu olusturarak gittigim ancak vodafone otovinn anlasmalarinin iptal oldugunu soykediler haber verin dedim.biz herkese haber verdik dediler.bir de uste cikmaya calistilar.daha onceden de mecbur kalarak arac yikattmak zorunda kaldim orada.oncelikle kendi islerini sallana sallana halledip, musterinin isini aksatip,verilen surenin en az yarim saat 45 dk sonrasinda araci teslim ettiler.sadece bana degil bas2ka musteriye de gozumun onunde ayni seyi yaptilar.normal yikatmak iatedigimde 50 tl, haftaya 60 yapacagiz dediler.her yerde 40 tl ye yikiyolar ve gayet te memnun olarak yikatiyorum diger yerlerde.ancak burayi sevmedim.tavsiye eymiyorum...kendi ciddiyetsizlik,sorumsuzluklarini ve saygisizliklarini musteriyi magdur ederek gosteren firma cik.aracimi baska bir yerde daha uyguna ve daha temjz bir sekilde yikattiktan sonra yaziyorum ki adil olsun.

They did the same thing not only to me, but also to other customers. I wash it in other places. However, I don't like this place. I don't recommend it... Leave the company that shows its own seriousness, irresponsibility and disrespect by victimizing the customer.
